Bluetooth

King Harald (named after the 10th century Danish King Harald Bluetooth) arrived in 2003 (in January 2003 in Power Mac G4 and PowerBook G4 models, and later that year in the Apple Wireless Mouse and Keyboard) for wireless PAN (it provides wireless Personal Area Networks).

Blu-ray

Hex 189 (0xBD in hexadecimal, for BD-ROM) never offered internally (it’s the only widely used storage medium that has never been offered as internal storage in a Mac) for 100 GB discs (normal maximum data capacity, although experimental formats have reached 200 GB per disc).

Bondi

Colour (blue) of water east of Sydney (Bondi Beach) came in August 1998 (the colour of the first iMac, released then), but never since (although there have been other blue iMacs since, they have been named blueberry and other shades, but not Bondi).
