Adobe has today updated Adobe Flash Player to version 23.0.0.162, which is now available from its download site.

Adobe writes that this update includes important bug fixes, security fixes, and new features. The security fixes apparently address critical vulnerabilities – 29 in all! – which could potentially allow an attacker to take control of a Mac running an earlier release of Flash Player. So if you still have to have it installed, this update looks fairly urgent and important.
