Safari and OS X security updates 27 Jan 15

Apple has just released security updates for Safari and OS X (and iOS and AppleTV).

Safari 8.0.3, 7.1.3, or 6.2.3 (depending on which version of OS X you are running) close the ‘cloudfuzzer’ vulnerability in WebKit, the code which underlies Safari.

OS X Yosemite version 10.10.2 and Security Update 2015-001 address several important security and other issues in Yosemite (10.10.x), Mavericks (10.9.5), and Mountain Lion (10.8.5).

No fixes are provided for prior versions of OS X, so any vulnerabilities remaining there will stay.

I hear the rush of mice and trackpads to the App Store…
