Flash update to version 16.0.0.296 is essential to plug some serious security holes (yet again).

If you don’t have it configured to auto-update (which I dislike because I prefer to know what is coming onto my Mac – one day someone may get to exploit the Flash update system!), run to Adobe’s download site now.
