2: Up to 24 + 8 and 6 x 5 made it the beast for AI from March.

Up to 24 + 8 (it has 20 or 24 P and 8 E cores) and 6 x 5 (it supports six Thunderbolt 5 ports) made it the beast for AI (it certainly is) from March (it was announced on 5 March).

3: First of a new family runs from 8 on 6 to 38 since October.

First of a new family (it’s the first of the M5 family) runs from 8 on 6 to 38 (the M5 motorway in England runs from junction 8 on the M6 near Birmingham, to the A38 south of Exeter) since October (it was launched on 15 October).
