With only one bug definitely fixed in 10.11.6, out of those recorded for 10.11.5, this update looks rushed. But the jury’s still out regarding freezing.

10.11.5 removes a bug in Disk Utility by disabling the feature to resize some partitions. That’s really helpful, isn’t it.
The list is a little shorter than for 10.11.3, but some old favourites are still there.
The list has grown since 10.11.2, with none of the previous bugs being fixed in 10.11.3.
We will see which get fixed in OS X 10.11.3.
