Why do the Open File and Save File dialogs normally behave differently with respect to tagged folders? It’s a question of semantics.
Three bugs may have been fixed in 10.14.3: About This Mac’s Storage bar (at last), App Store glitches showing apps need to be redownloaded, and some black on grey text.
Together with the Quick Actions bar, they force you to scroll to view an item’s metadata, even on large displays.

Do you use Finder Column views and make Aliases to folders? If one of those gets broken, then the Finder may hang on you.

A new version of Mojave brings some fixes, and introduces some new bugs. Here a few for starters. I’ll add more as we discover them.
