Sierra 10.12.4 has had a lot of significant bugs fixed, at last. Here’s a list of those known to remain.

It can be valuable to know how to restart, run a command, and open an app using Terminal, AppleScript, and different methods in the Finder.
This update does fix some old bugs, but here’s a list of those which remain. Updated frequently.
Sierra brings undocumented weirdness to the Finder, with a folder that is, but it isn’t, and improved Finder aliases, which don’t work as well. Yet.
Maximise a List view window in Finder, and it should expand to accommodate the contents. Only sometimes it doesn’t.

This list will be maintained throughout this initial release of macOS Sierra. There are still some golden oldies to enjoy.
