Has Apple changed App Store behaviour in 10.14.2? Does it now leave updates in the cloud, or is it just broken?
There are still many outstanding from 10.14, and one going back many years.
Not as large as the previous update to Mojave, it still replaces a lot of apps but Apple documents almost no changes. Here’s a summary of the detail.
