Only the gods wore sandals in the ancient world. Then the state of your footwear told much about you, with fashion opting for the outrageously impractical.
There is a lot of bullshit about footwear. Even reputable and reliable opinions are seldom supported by much evidence. So what about ‘zero drop’ or ‘barefoot’ shoes? Great or misguided?
