Currently they all look like old bugs, some going right back to Mavericks and earlier.

Sierra 10.12.4 has had a lot of significant bugs fixed, at last. Here’s a list of those known to remain.
This update changes the file used to store the settings from Energy Saver. Careful if you have unusual settings or a UPS.
