If you reported to Apple Support a failed attempt to remediate malware, would you expect to be told never to look in the log, and that the report must be false because macOS didn’t show a dialog?
So your swab test is negative. That could mean that it was just a false negative, or you might not have the infection at all. How can you tell the chances?
